Shipping policy

All of our packages are sent tracked and signed, so you will be able to follow its journey all the way to your front door. We insist on the most protected form of delivery to ensure that your parcel will be with you as quickly and safely as possible. The cost for this service is included in the postage prices you pay from our store.

We do accept returns or exchanges under the following circumstances.

If an item is damaged or defective then please ensure that you contact us immediately to resolve this issue at contact@furrifingers.co.uk

Contact us within: 3 days of delivery of the item

Dispatch items back to us using our return address within: 7 days of delivery and we will assess the item and get back to you right away. 

But please get in contact with us if you have any problems with your order, we would be happy to help you sort out any issues you may have that can be resolved without the need to return the item.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalised orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Items on sale or purchased with gift cards

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Returns and exchange details

If you have any problems or concerns with the puppet, please start by sending us a message to resolve the issue. If the puppet is damaged in the shipping process, take the puppet in it's shipping box, along with your receipt to your local post office.
